It is impossible to get an appointment to see a doctor at this surgery unless you turn up at the reception in person. They do not answer their telephones and their online appointment system is always fully booked in advance by about three weeks! When you do eventually get to see a doctor, they have no idea who you are or your medical history. They do not seem up to date on NICE guidelines regarding medication.

Surgery has on line booking for non urgent appointments but short notice/emergency is luck on the phone!!Always treated well,staff helpful & polite!!A good surgery!!

I have found staff to be helpful, doctors professional and the overall cleanliness good. The only problem is the waiting time for appointments, but i do not blame the surgery for this as it is rhe same everywhere. Too many patients and not enough facilities.

Very good surgery even though all surgeries are over stretched. All the receptionists are considerate and sympathetic and always seem to deal with a lot of unrulely patients professionably. The doctors are very good and have never had a problems. Also the nursing staff go over and beyond their duty of care
